|Citrus Marinated Salmon|
|Mozarella Stuffed Chicken Wings|
To finish up and feed that sweet tooth, desserts were served. First we had Portuguese Pudding with star anise, orange and caramel sauce. This took me back to a similar dish I used to eat when I was younger and I loved it. The texture was delicate and those flavours kicked a goal past my taste buds. To accompany this was the White Ale. It was on the flatter side with a very low carbonation, definitely a sour beer. There were hints of orange peel which is why I think it was put alongside this dish.
