To start with, it was a cocktail and wine lover’s dream as we were once again warmly welcomed and looked after by Edward the bar manager. I seated myself and perused the dinner, wine and cocktail pairing they have planned for us. First up was the attractive looking Sherry Cobler made with Pimms, Curacao, Fino Sherry and Cucumber. A slight difference to the fruity one we had last time.
