Burgers quite easily make it to the top 10 list of many people’s favourite foods. It can be as simple as patty and sauce or as complex as a tower challenging how far you can stretch your mouth. The countless combinations that can be had in a burger makes it all the more exciting and creative. If you’ve been following my blog, last October I planned a Ghostbusters themed birthday party for Mr. Foodie and one of the popular dishes that night was my beef sliders. So popular that I didn’t get to have any that night. Mr. Foodie on the other hand may or may not have had nearly half a dozen. I was wondering why I had so many hot dogs leftover! I’ve had quite a number of people ask me about how we made the sliders and where we got our stuff from so I thought I’d share this here. It really is very very easy.

Grab your sliced bun and butter both sides. I started with caramelised onion, then cheese, then beef patty, about half to three quarter a teaspoon of gherkin relish, squirt of tomato sauce followed by garlic aioli. Cover with top bun and serve!
